Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or for any return / refund related question, you can contact us at teruocosmetics@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on heavily discounted items or bundled product sets, such as value boxes containing multiple products sold at a special price.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product, please contact us at teruocosmetics@gmail.com. Our team will get in touch with you to understand the issue and help find the best possible solution.

Refunds
If you’ve received a damaged or defective product, please email us at teruocosmetics@gmail.com. with relevant photos or videos of the item. Our team will review the issue and get in touch with you to provide the best possible and feasible resolution. It will take us a minimum of 3 business days and a maximum of 15 business days to process any return/ refund request. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return/ refund, please contact us.
